Request for volunteers

Conditions for applying for volunteers from the Qatar Voluntary Center:

• Request for volunteers not less than 10 days before the event, for events that need 15-25 volunteers.

The volunteer application processes must be done as follows:

1. Volunteers are requested for small events that require 1 to 15 volunteers at least 5 working days in advance.
2. Volunteers are requested for medium events that need 15-30 volunteers at least 10 working days in advance.
3. Volunteers are requested for large events that need more than 30 volunteers at least 20 working days in advance.

• Issuing certificates of participation for volunteers not exceeding 10 days after the event.
• In the event that the duration of the event exceeds 5 hours, a meal will be provided to the volunteer by the organizer.
• The necessity of the presence of a representative from the volunteer organizing body to conduct personal interviews with the volunteers.
• Providing volunteers with sufficient information about the event.
• In the event of a dispute with a volunteer, return to the Voluntary Qatar to settle the dispute.
• Provide volunteers with the number of the direct supervisor of the event.
• Providing a resting place for male and female volunteers, taking into account the separation between them.
• Treat the volunteer well
